VOX Pop Up Choir - Spring Program
We’re bringing back VOX Pop-Up Choir! Our spring session welcomes singers of all levels to participate in a unique pop choral experience. This exciting program provides singers with the opportunity to learn outstanding arrangements over a six week rehearsal process, participate in a professional recording project and perform these arrangements live! Meeting at the Vanguard University of Southern California on Thursday evenings, singers will develop and strengthen their musical artistry in a supportive environment. Co-directed by Sarah Grandpré and Stefanie Deming.
We are offering the following sessions based on age groups:
VOX Pop-Up Choir 6-week session: Intermediate/Advanced Singers, 5th grade and above
VOX Pop-Up Choir 3-week session: Developing Singers, 2nd - 4th grade
SPRING PROGRAM:
Scheduled rehearsals focusing on:
Sight singing training
Intermediate-advanced harmonic and rhythmic training
Musical artistry and expression
Learning and mastering ensemble arrangements
Recording project in Orange County
Live concert performances at the end of the session
Rehearsals:
Thursdays beginning April 10th, culminating in a concert on May 18th

Tuition:
5th grade and above: $250 / spring session
2nd - 4th grade: $150 / spring session

May 15th: Rehearsal 5:30PM-7:30PM
May 18th: Spring Showcase and Concert with Sarah Grandpre Studio Singers and special guests (evening)
