Pop Music Video Production! 8/5 - 8/9

Introducing first of a series of Pop Up! Choral productions, brought to you by Sarah Grandpre Studio Singers. This August we will be offering an opportunity for your aspiring young performers to live out their pop-star dreams through a one-week musical intensive, including: a commissioned arrangement of a medley of current chart toppers and an in person workshop with the arranger, choreography with an industry pro, recording the arrangement in the studio, and finally wrapping up the week with a music video shoot.

Open to singers ages 8 - 18.

Application requirements:

• Submit a video including:

  • One pop song that best represents you. Please use a backing track.

  • Please upload to an unlisted youtube link.

Dates: August 5th - August 9th, 10AM - 1PM

Music Rehearsal: Monday/Tuesday 10AM - 1PM

Choreography: Wednesday 10AM - 1PM

Recording Vocals in the Studio: Thursday 10AM - 1PM (*selected soloists 2PM - 4PM)

Music Video filming: Friday 10AM - 1PM

Location: Fullerton, CA

Cost:

• $25 non refundable application fee. If accepted into the class, the application fee will be applied as a credit towards the camp.

• $225 per singer. This fee includes five days of rehearsals, choreography, studio recording, filming, and a fully produced music video.
